About Tove & Co
A European furniture brand for occasional furniture, lighting, mirrors and home accessories: a short catalogue, finished pieces and prices that include everything. Here is who we are, and who answers when you write to us.
Why this brand
Tove & Co started from a simple observation. Furnishing a flat or a small house calls for pieces at the right scale, drawn for real rooms and sold with everything you need to use them. No endless catalogue, no hidden options and no charges on delivery.
Buying furniture online should not mean guessing. Each product page gives the dimensions, weight, materials and contents of the box, so you can picture a piece in your room before it arrives. As a European furniture brand selling online, we can keep the range small and still deliver it free, prices including VAT, to the UK and across the countries we serve.
We choose each piece one by one from European workshops and manufacturers, and we keep the range deliberately short. Our first pieces are arriving now. The way we choose and check them is set out on our how we work page.
Who is behind it
Tove & Co was founded by Guillaume, who already runs Helioneon, a brand of made-to-order neon signs sold across Europe. Both brands belong to the same company and work the same way: a small team, products designed in house, and a direct relationship with the makers and with customers.
Who answers you
An email to hello@toveandco.com is read by a member of the team, Monday to Friday, and answered within 24 working hours. No chatbot and no call centre. For an order, a delivery, a damaged parcel or a question about a product, the help page covers the most common questions and has the contact form.
Our commitments
- Prices including VAT: UK VAT at 20% is included, delivery is free from €89, and nothing is added when your parcel arrives.

- 14 days to change your mind after delivery, with a refund within 14 days of receiving your return. Delivery and returns.
- Damaged on arrival: send a photo within 48 hours and we send a new piece, you return nothing.
- Honest images: packshots show the product as delivered, with its real proportions; room photos give the spirit of a space, never a promise about a product.
- Real reviews only: we show no reviews until we have received them from customers.
